Mission 

Our mission as “name” is to empower first-generation students at Mays Business School by building a community rooted in belonging and authenticity through purposeful mentorships and professional development, while expanding access to social, academic, and professional capital. Our organization, in collaboration with the Reliant Student Experience Office, exists to meet a critical need by providing peer mentorship, leadership development, service opportunities, and professional guidance for students navigating business pathways without inherited networks or institutional familiarity.
